From Steeple to Steppe, is a banquet of singing, dancing and marching music beginning at the royal court of Portugal—continuing through multi-cultural Spain, impressionistic France, Baroque Germany, folk-song Romania, Greece and the Janissaries of Turkey—culminating with the Khans of the great Eurasian steppe, all knit together with visual interludes on the historical background of the music including segments from the Sonos documentary film, “Heart of a Bell.”
